it’s probably from enamel damage. she’s so thin, she’s probably resorted to throwing up once or twice (or 100 times..) that would also explain the smell, bulemics have almost incurably bad breath from the bile and digested food that’s still coming up through their saliva hours after they barf

i can only see saying that smokeing and drinking coffee will make your teeth yellow if you dont brush them, because i know quite few people alot older than her who smoke alot and drink alot of coffee and have pretty white teeth, find a different excuse because clearly that ones wrong
