Hock Case Remanded to Grand Jury

From what I can work out, it means that the prosecutor fucked up by mentioning Hock didn’t want to speak to the detective. So now the case has to go back to the grand jury again to decide if Hock will be tried.

I’m betting they will, and instead of being set loose on the world, Hock’s trial will just take even longer to come to court… while he stays in jail.

This is a cut and dry case, we all (well some of us) saw Hock on this night in question and it happened.
There is no debate on whether or not a crime was committed. It’s ridiculous all this BS.

The courts in this country could find some way of delaying and spending tens/hundreds of 1000’s of dollars to rule on whether or not water was wet and its just ridiculous.
