Does he not know that he has posted her before? That immediately makes his claims invalid because he too was involved with it. It’s very hard to shut down a site unless it is doing physical harm to someone or a group of people.

First of all.. Matthew is desperate for attention. He was never famous on myspace. ANYONE CAN JOIN A TRAIN OR ADDING SITE!! He also knew that someone to post about this because he wants the attention.

Secondly, what would he do without this website? All he ever does is whore his myspace and twitter links. Without this site no one would even know who he is (not that many people do)

Lastly, from what I have seen in the past StickyDrama has been to court many times because of someone trying to shut it down. Obviously that has failed.. Sticky is also very knowledgeable with the law which he can use to his advantage. If I am not mistaken Sticky is taking law classes at USC.

I do not believe for one second that Matthew knows a thing about how the court system works.

Matthew needs to leave the internet because no one has ever cared, and they never will.

I highly doubt Sticky Drama would be taken down because of cyber-bullying. With the first amendment it is really hard to take something down unless it is really a big threat.

About the affordability issue, most trashy lawyers will work for free until the settlement, then take half of it or whatever amount is agreed upon.

That said, I’m not sure any lawyer would take a case like this for free because the likeliness of winning anything is slim. But the only thing he could possibly sue for is libel, and even that would be pretty unfounded and wouldn’t get the site shut down.
